Nancy-Lara Millán holds a bachelor in political sciences from the University of Lausanne (94) and an MBA  from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles (top tier MBA program in USA, 2000).
After several years in the private sector, she got involved in the management of research projects.
She is an experienced Program Manager with extensive participation in European Research Projects. In tight collaboration with the scientific coordinator of projects, she managed several IPs and STREPS under FP6 & FP7.

In addition to her position as Program Manager at the University of Lugano, she currently manages the non-scientific part of a large IP and run her own business as management consultant for European projects.
